These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of impactconsulting931.com (the “Site”), the AI Roadmap Assessment, and the content and tools we make available on the Site. Paid consulting, training, and speaking engagements are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement; where that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the engagement. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business and personal purposes. You agree not to: scrape or harvest data beyond what our robots.txt permits; attempt to access admin areas, APIs, or other users’ data; interfere with the Site’s operation; upload malicious code; or misrepresent who you are in any form or inquiry.

3. The AI Roadmap Assessment

The Assessment is a free educational tool. It scores your responses against our Trust Engine framework and produces a personalized roadmap, parts of which may be generated with AI. Results depend on the accuracy of your answers and are general guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them. By submitting the Assessment you consent to us storing your responses and contacting you about your results as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. AI-generated and AI-assisted content

We use AI tools in the ordinary course of business and disclose that plainly:

Some text, images, video, and other content on the Site are created or assisted by AI systems and reviewed by us before publishing. We stand behind it, but AI output can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
Assessment roadmaps, email replies, summaries, and similar communications may be drafted with AI and reviewed by a person before they reach you.
Nothing AI-generated on the Site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or engineering advice. Verify material facts independently and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
If you notice an error, tell us at admin@impactconsulting931.com and we will review and correct it.

5. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of anything you submit to us. You give us a limited license to use it to respond to you, deliver services, and improve our offerings. We do not use your submissions to train AI models. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

6. Our content and trademarks

The Site, its design, text, graphics, frameworks (including the Trust Engine and Analog-to-AI materials), and code are owned by or licensed to Impact Consulting and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Client and partner names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example, booking calendars, social platforms, and AI tools we discuss). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE, THE ASSESSMENT, AND ALL FREE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. RESULTS FROM AI ADOPTION VARY BY BUSINESS; TESTIMONIALS AND CASE FIGURES ON THE SITE ARE INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES, NOT GUARANTEES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPACT CONSULTING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE ASSESSMENT, OR FREE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR FREE CONTENT WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY FOR PAID ENGAGEMENTS IS ADDRESSED IN THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENT.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the Site for conduct that violates these Terms.
