AI is not software. It is a way of thinking about doing business.

Most AI training teaches you a tool. Then the tool changes, and the training is worthless.

We teach something that holds: how to work with AI, orchestrate it, manage it, and harness it inside the business you already run. Think of it like the smartest new hire you have ever brought on — one that knows almost everything and knows nothing about you. If you can interview it, coach it, and give it context, it will do work you can trust. If you can't, the tool doesn't matter.

That's the shift from analog to AI. Not new software. A new way of operating — and it's one small businesses are better positioned for than big ones, because you are flexible enough to actually change how you work.

Who this is for

Two kinds of rooms. Same outcome: people who leave knowing what to do Monday morning.

Owners integrating AI into an established business

You have a team, a culture, and operations that work. You need AI woven into that — not bolted on — without breaking what already runs.

Owners and teams just getting started

You've dabbled with ChatGPT and gotten mixed results. You need a starting point, a working method, and the confidence to use it every day.

Formats

Every session is hands-on. Bring laptops. Leave with working workflows, not slides.

Keynote

45–60 minutes. Analog to AI: what actually changes for a business, and what to do about it. Chambers, associations, conferences.

Half-day workshop

Owners and leaders. Practical AI in ChatGPT and Claude, the “new employee” method, and one live workflow built in the room.

Full-day team training

Whole teams. Role-specific use cases, guardrails, and a shared way of working with AI your company can standardize on.

Training series + advisory

Multi-session program with follow-through: we install the habits, review the work, and adjust as your team gets stronger.

Why Jayson

Jayson Rivas grew up in an entrepreneurial family — restaurants and small businesses that have employed the same families since 1964. He spent two decades as a U.S. Army Green Beret, where teaching people to operate under pressure was the job. He owns a restaurant, runs a Nashville photography company, and built Impact Consulting on the AI systems he actually uses to run them.

He believes entrepreneurship is the best freedom we have to create businesses and jobs — and that a lot of legacy businesses are getting sold off because nobody handed them a plan for this technology. Those legacies are worth protecting. That is what the training is for.

From the room

I wouldn't even use AI if it wasn't for Jayson teaching me. The session increased my confidence and helped me see meaningful ways AI can improve efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving.

Sherry

Program Manager

Very relevant and directly applicable to my job. I walked away with a clear understanding of how I can use AI to help service members translate their military experience into value for employers.

Megan

HR Executive

Jayson's AI coaching reshaped how I use AI and how I think alongside it. The clarity translates into real, measurable impact.

Questions we get from event organizers and owners

Impact Consulting, led by Jayson Rivas, provides hands-on AI training, workshops, and keynotes for small and mid-sized businesses in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Sessions cover ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents and are built around how each business already operates.

No. The training is for owners, operators, and their teams — not developers. If you can describe how your business works, you can learn to work with AI.

Primarily ChatGPT and Claude, plus the connected tools most businesses already use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, QuickBooks). The method matters more than the model — you learn to orchestrate the work so you can switch tools without starting over.

Every session is built on the analog-to-AI framework and the Trust Engine: Client Relations, Business Intelligence, and Content & Scaling. People leave with a working workflow they built in the room and a way of thinking they can apply the next day.

Yes. In-person across Tennessee and the Southeast; virtual sessions anywhere.

Use the contact form and pick “Speaking & Training,” or grab a time on the calendar. Share your audience, date, and format and you will get a proposal within two business days.
