Impact Consulting (“Impact Consulting,” “we,” “us”) operates impactconsulting931.com and provides AI consulting, training, and speaking services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it — including how we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools — and the choices you have. By using the site or working with us, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Name, email, phone, company, role, and anything you enter in the contact form, the AI Roadmap Assessment, a speaking or training inquiry, or in email, calls, and meetings with us.
  • Assessment responses. Your answers to the AI Roadmap Assessment, the resulting scores and tier, and the roadmap we generate for you.
  • Analytics data (with your consent). Pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, and referral source, collected by Google Analytics 4. This loads only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
  • Advertising measurement. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel runs on every page and records page views and conversion events (such as completing the assessment) so we can measure our advertising. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, browser tracking protection, or an ad blocker; see Section 5.
  • Essential technical data. Server logs, IP address, and security signals needed to run and protect the site.
  • Engagement materials. If you hire us, the documents, recordings, transcripts, data, and system access you choose to share so we can do the work.

2. How we use AI — and what that means for your data

We practice what we teach. AI tools are part of how we operate, and you should know exactly where they touch your information.

  • Assessment roadmaps. Your assessment answers are processed by our own scoring logic and may be passed to a large-language-model provider (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or Google) to personalize the wording of your roadmap. We send only what is needed to generate the result.
  • Lead handling and follow-up. AI assistants may summarize your inquiry, draft our replies, and organize your record in our CRM. A person reviews anything before it is sent to you.
  • Meeting notes and transcripts. With your knowledge, we may record calls or workshops and use AI to transcribe and summarize them. Tell us at any time if you prefer not to be recorded.
  • Content on this site. Some articles, images, and video on this site are created or assisted by AI tools and reviewed by us before publishing. Where content is AI-assisted, it reflects our views and standards; we remain responsible for it.
  • Client engagements. When we build or train AI systems for you, your data stays in the accounts and tools you control. We do not use client data to train models, and we configure vendor settings to opt out of provider training wherever the provider offers it.

Our commitments: we do not sell your personal information; we do not use your data to train AI models; we do not send more information to AI providers than a task requires; and a human is accountable for every AI-assisted decision, message, or deliverable.

Limits you should know: AI-generated output can be wrong. Assessment results and roadmaps are educational guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Verify before you act, and ask us if something looks off — we will trace how the answer was produced.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver your assessment results and roadmap and follow up if you asked us to.
  • To respond to inquiries and schedule calls, workshops, training, and speaking engagements.
  • To perform the services in an engagement and support you afterward.
  • To understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
  • To send occasional email about AI training, events, and services — unsubscribe anytime.
  • To protect the site, our clients, and our business, and to comply with law.

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and under their own privacy terms:

  • Amazon Web Services — hosting, database, file storage, transactional email
  • Notion — CRM and project records
  • Google — Analytics, Workspace, Calendar, and AI models (Gemini / Vertex AI)
  • Meta — advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API), when consented
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI models used to generate or assist content and roadmaps
  • Slack — internal notifications of new inquiries

We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers.

5. Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Google Analytics is off until you accept it on the banner; change your mind later by clearing site data in your browser and the banner will reappear. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a decline for analytics. The Meta Pixel is part of the standard site install and loads on every page; you can opt out of Meta’s ad personalization at facebook.com/adpreferences, use browser tracking protection or an ad blocker, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.

6. Retention and security

We keep assessment, inquiry, and client records for as long as we have a business reason to — typically the life of the relationship plus a reasonable period — then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored on encrypted AWS infrastructure in the United States. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email admin@impactconsulting931.com or call 615-249-8096. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and revise the date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
